2.         The case has been examined DOP&T O.M> No. 41034/1/2014-Estt(D) dated 30.01.2014 provides that the “age relaxation for appointment of widows, divorced women & women judicially separated from their husbands and who were not remarried allowing age concession upto the age of 35 years ( 40 years for member of SC/ST) for the post of Gr. ‘C’ and erstwhile Gr. ‘D’ filed through “Staff Selection Commission (SSC)” and “Employment Exchange”. The present PA/SA DR Examination is through open competition by inviting applications from the eligible applicants and it is not through Staff Selection Commission or through employment exchange.
