Anomaly Committee of the National Council (JCM) to settle the anomalies arising out of the implementation of the Sixth Pay Commission's recommendations. In accordance with the instructions contained in this Department's OM of even number dated 12th January 2009, it has been decided to set up, as indicated below, the Anomaly Committee of the National Council (JCM) consisting of representatives of the Official Side and the Staff Side to settle any anomalies arising out of the implementation of the Sixth Pay Commission's recommendations: -

There is no representation from postal unions,and railways has high respresentation in this committee.who will represent our problems.KKN Kutty of confedaration will represent our problems? or any other member?why postalunion did not have place in that committee?

Both the Federation are yet to be recognized by the Dept. of personnel. Both the Federatrions can discuss anomalies of our department in our Departmental Anomaly Committee to be set up by the Dept. of Posts shortly.

Sir Take up RTP past service issue on war basis before anomaly committee and see that it should settled by you before poll 2009 and implementation orders.
